Ash and Green provide affordable developments with a wide range of community infrastructure. We aim to be the single development manager for all aspects of this community to allow for a co-ordinated delivery programme. Our team has experience of delivering schools, GP’s centres, hospitals, railway stations, commercial and all types of residential units.

We provide project and cost management services for education, healthcare and commercial facilities to the local council as well as running the delivery of the affordable housing. It is key to our residents that when they move in the key facilities they need are in place and we work with the local council to help ensure this is the case. We are willing to price match any of the major project or cost management service providers to ensure that a co-ordinated delivery programme is achieved on our projects. To provide a good community experience things must start well, that means the local shop is open, the local school has places and the transport links our residents need are in place.

Our aim is to be a one stop shop for delivering the entire community and its key associated infrastructure. This not only leads to properly programmed deliveries but also allows for bulk orders to major contractors to give cost effective solutions to meet local needs.
