Quality Control

At Ash and Green we know that we are judged by the quality of the product we deliver. That is why at key points in the construction process our quality control team provides a fault checking service on every unit prior to delivery. Smooth handovers to RSHP’s are key to our business and ensuring quality is the best way to do this.

Our projects also use specialist design software to track progress and quality control during the design. While many of the projects do not fall under the Building Safety Act, we believe it is key that we ensure the quality of the design process that the Act demands. Our software provides details of the “Golden Thread” within the design process and provides records of quality assurance from both our team and any independent checkers. The homes we provide are our legacy, and we can demonstrate a commitment to quality from first design to last delivery.
